This year’s conference will be bigger than ever. The two-day event will feature education workshops, field trips, peer-to-peer networking opportunities and an evening reception. Department of Natural Resources Secretary Joe Gill will provide the keynote address.

With an amazing line-up of speakers from throughout the Chesapeake Bay region and beyond, this year’s conference will offer a variety of topics on: building new partnerships in land conservation, marketing and fundraising strategies, smart targeting for conservation areas, large landscape conservation, engaging landowners, managing working lands, successful urban land conservation stories, water quality, new trends, and other emerging issues.

Participants will exchange new ideas and partake in lively, meaningful discussions about land conservation in our region. An informal evening reception will be held on April 3rd. Tickets to the evening reception are only $15.

So come join your fellow conservation colleagues at this year’s conference to learn about priority issues, engage in dynamic discussions, and to reconnect with friends. For more information on sponsorships or exhibiting at the event, please contact Michelle Grafton at (410) 533-4627 or mgrafton@dnr.state.md.us.
